COMBAT FITNESSWe've elevated the cardio aspect from our DRVN FIT workouts by adding the element of boxing. These classes fuse the basic fundamentals of boxing into a boot camp style workout. A more fun and dynamic alternative to cardio than your traditional running or cardio machine. Add variety and a new element to your workout!
What to expect- Technical class for anyone who has no experience in boxing. Technical class covers basic guard stance and all basic punches used in our workouts.
- Pre-programmed workouts ready for when you attend your classes. - Proper warm up and mobility stretching specific for each workout. - Full explanation of the workouts and proper techniques. - Combat Fit training sessions will consist of free weight movements, body weight movements, cardio vascular movements, cardio machines, and boxing techniques.
