DRVN FIT GOAL PROGRAM
Are you starting your fitness journey, and don't know where to start? Have you spent countless hours in a "big box" gym only to walk out feeling like you haven't accomplished anything? Or, have you been training and feel like your missing a functional and dynamic workout?
The DRVN FIT Goal Program was created to build in you a consistent fitness active lifestyle. This program will also benefit those who have been training, but looking to add functional fitness to their workout regiment. The objective is to build a foundation in strength & overall fitness conditioning, and testing your level of fitness through benchmark style workouts.
What to expect from this program
- Fit Boot Camp training sessions in a small group class setting.
- Certified coach providing proper warm up, mobility stretching, and programmed high intensity workout.
- Sessions will be broken down into Strength, Conditioning, and Benchmark style training to properly develop and test the progress of your strength and overall fitness.
- 3 Fit Boot Camp sessions a week.
- Interactive Fitness App
- Attendance Accountability System to keep you focused on your goals
