You have established a consistent fitness active lifestyle, but seem to have hit a plateau. You may be looking for more, variety, and change. Maybe you got your workout game on lock, but your nutrition and meal plan is not as strong.
The DRVN Lifestyle Goal Program is what we aspire to have all our members follow. A balanced lifestyle of fitness and healthy nutrition. In addition to this balance we identified that the same type of training over a long period of time can become boring. This program provides a variety of different fitness training programs. Also, what makes this program unique is the Nutrition. Meal Plan program to balance your healthy lifestyle.
What to expect from this program
- Fit Boot Camp training sessions in a small group class setting.
- Certified coach providing proper warm up, mobility stretching, and programmed high intensity workout.
- Fit Boot Camp training sessions will be broken down into Strength, Conditioning, and Benchmark style training to properly develop and test the progress of your strength and overall fitness.
- Additional sessions from one of our specialty fitness programs will be added to your membership: DRVNSTRONG (weightlifting), or Combat Fit Boxing, or Online Remote Training
- 4 Fit Boot Camp sessions a week.
