One free training session
Welcome to DRVN FITNESS! Thank you for your interest in our gym, and what we can do to help you be your best version. One of the best ways to get to know us is to jump right into a workout. We would like to offer you ONE FREE DRVN FIT SESSION on us. This way if you're new to our gym, or to a small group functional training style of class, this will help to decide if this is the right fit for you or not.
What to expect from your training session
- 50 minute training session prepared and facilitated by a certified coach.
- Proper warm up and mobility stretching specific for each workout.
- Full explanation of the workout and proper techniques.
- A high intensity workout of one of our DRVN FIT training styles: Isolated Muscle Group (ISO), Full Body Circuit, or Benchmark
- DRVN FIT training sessions can consist of any combination of the following: free weight movements, body weight movements, cardio vascular movements, and cardio machines.
